The remainder – $1,059 – was raised by other raffle and silent auction items.
These included a pair of tickets for the Oregon vs. Colorado football game Nov. 22 at Autzen Stadium in Eugene.
The tickets were donated by Pacific Empire Radio Group.
“We’re very grateful to our donors, bowlers, and the participants in the raffle and auction,” Bogart said. “Their generosity and enthusiasm made it a great evening.”
The bowling event was a vital source of income for MayDay after the organization’s annual softball tournament was canceled, Bogart said.
The funds will help pay for advocacy staffing at MayDay.
