Wynona Raye Bacus: 84, of Baker City, died Nov. 1, 2024, at Vancouver, Washington. Her funeral will be Saturday, Nov. 9, at 10 a.m. at Coles Tribute Center, 1950 Place St. Interment will follow at the Haines Cemetery. Visitations will be Friday, Nov. 8, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Coles Tribute Center.
