BAKER SOCCER: Bulldog boys top Pendleton, 3-1, girls play to 3-3 draw at Pendleton

The Baker soccer teams opened their league seasons on Tuesday, Sept. 24.

The Bulldog boys, playing at the Baker Sports Complex, won 3-1.

The Baker girls traveled to Pendleton and played to a 3-3 draw against the Buckaroos. Jill Poe scored all of Baker’s goals.

In the boys match, Aldo Duran, Tacho Rodriguez and Alan Bedolla scored for the Bulldogs. Chase Myatt and Luis Rosales had assists.

The Baker girls, 2-3-1 overall, travel to Payette, Idaho, on Friday, Sept. 27 for a 12:30 p.m. PDT match.

The Baker boys, who are 2-3 with two straight wins, are off until Oct. 1, when they play La Grande at the Sports Complex at 6 p.m.
