LA GRANDE — More than a dozen students from Baker County and North Powder were named to the dean’s list for the winter 2025 term at Eastern Oregon University.

To qualify, students must have a GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, and complete at least 12 hours of graded courses.
