THEFT OF SERVICES, RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON: Ernesto Ray Lopez Villalvazo, 19, 11:38 a.m. Dec. 31 on Interstate 84, Milepost 294 eastbound; jailed. Villalvazo is accused of having fuel delivered by Superior Towing and then driving away without paying for the fuel, and nearly hitting the tow truck driver.
