PROBATION VIOLATION (Baker County Circuit Court warrant): Kenneth Edward Hackett, 54, Baker City, 6:16 p.m. Feb. 12 at the sheriff’s office; cited and released.
FAILURE TO APPEAR (Baker County Justice Court warrant): Jestin Lee Harding, 40, Baker City, 11:28 a.m. Feb. 12 at the jail, where he was in custody on other charges.

POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE: Kristina Breann French, 27, Las Vegas, Nevada, 12:09 p.m. Feb. 13 on Interstate 84, Milepost 308 westbound. French was booked at the Baker County Jail and released. An OSP trooper stopped the 2016 Hyundai Accent French was driving for a speed violation. During the stop, the trooper discovered the car was reported as stolen from Nevada. The driver and a passenger gave the trooper consent to search the vehicle. He found what he suspected is methamphetamine, along with “other stolen property.” The car was towed to the Baker City OSP office.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS: Michael Edward Ozman, 69, Easton, Maryland, 9:06 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 600 block of Campbell Street; cited and released after being stopped for multiple traffic violations.
FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER: Teresa Maxine Freeman, 61, Baker City, 10:27 a.m. Feb. 5 at the OSP office in Baker City; cited and released.
