I would like to know a few things before Mr. Dalke floats his petition. First of all why, for what reason does he believe the mayor should be recalled? I would like to see some proof or evidence to back up his theory. Is this just another get even tactic, or a real issue that will aid in the city government getting back in control of themselves? I believe the mayor and the two councilors should be commended for trying to do the job they were elected to do, despite the questionable reasons for the others to abandon their oath to the citizens of Baker City.
