ISLAND CITY — The grand opening of Sim Shot, a virtual shooting range, will be conducted on Saturday, Jan. 21, from noon to 9 p.m. in Island City at 10200 W. First St., Suite A.

There will be door prizes, a raffle and more. A ribbon cutting will take place at 4 p.m.

The virtual shooting range opened its doors for business in January 2022. 

The business is owned by Robert and Jamie Minarich and John and Beverley Minarich and includes the virtual shooting range and a restaurant, with in-house dining occupying 1,500 square feet of business building space.

The restaurant opened in October 2022.
