DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE: Rodolfo Sanchez Arrevillaga, 31, Prescott, Washington, 8:43 a.m. April 30 on Interstate 84, Milepost 295 eastbound; cited and released.
Accident reports
May 2, 12:23 a.m. on Highway 7, Milepost 42 (about 8 miles south of Baker City); a Dodge pickup truck driven by George Thomas Payne, 51, of Baker City, hit a black cow in the road. The truck had “substantial front-end damage,” according to an Oregon State Police report. The driver wasn’t hurt. The cow, which belonged to Ralph Morgan of Baker City, died.
