BAKER MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING: Six Baker wrestlers qualify for state tournament

Six Baker Middle School wrestlers have qualified for the state tournament March 14-15 in Albany, three of those as regional champions.
On the girls side, Austin Hilton won her division at the regional tournament March 7-8 in Boardman.
On the boys side, Bruin Bloomer and Cooper Bain were also district champions.
Also qualifying for the state tournament are Romyn Myer, Wyatt Hansen and Coby Johnson.
“All the kids had a great season with a some hard lesson learned at the end for some, but the six we are taking are ready,” Baker coach Andrew Gettle said.
