CARELESS DRIVING: Emily Deborah Tillotson, 50, Walla Walla, Wash., 11:57 a.m. Feb. 9 on the westbound offramp on Interstate 84 at the Campbell Street interchange; cited and released after crashing into the back of another vehicle on the offramp.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS, RECKLESS DRIVING, RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON: Alper Karatosun, 36, Paterson, New Jersey, 6:17 p.m. Feb. 7 at Campbell Street and Windmill Lane, just east of I-84; jailed.
