FIRST-DEGREE DISORDERLY CONDUCT, INTERFERING WITH A POLICE OFFICER: Jacob David Thomas Smith, 33, Baker City, 3:16 p.m. Oct. 26 at J and Birch streets. He was arrested at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 300 block of Second Street for violation of a restraining order and third-degree escape, and taken to the Baker County Jail.

PROBATION VIOLATION: Baily L. Session, 30, Baker City, 9:43 a.m. Oct. 26 in the 3100 block of 11th Street; cited and released.

FIRST-DEGREE ANIMAL ABUSE: Jill Lynn Wyatt, 71, Baker City, 8 a.m. Oct. 25 in the 900 block of Park Street; cited and released.
