I’m no brilliant creep lawyer like Donald Trump’s Stephen Miller, etc., but I think Joe Biden should immediately ask DOJ to investigate every sketchy Republican Party move to restrict voting.

Then, on Nov. 4, postpone the election indefinitely by executive order, citing national security issues re: GOP election fraud. Declare, in said executive order, that he (or better yet Kamala Harris!) serve as interim president until the matters are cleared up.

Then tell DOJ to take all the time they need in the fraud investigations.

That’s a legitimate Official Presidential Act and, therefore, a legal move for him according to the new Supreme Court rulings.

Take off the boxing gloves and let’s go at it.
