It is a great opportunity for Eastern Oregon communities to have Mark Bennett appointed to the State Land Conservation and Development Commission. Mark’s long history being an Eastern Oregonian, his years of public service, plus his sincere understanding of our culture, heritage and economy, means his appointment will be a huge benefit for representing the “on-the-ground” needs and specific issues around the complexities of development and housing.
