Gary Smith: 85, of Baker City, died Aug. 16, 2023, at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City. His memorial service will be Monday, Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2625 Hughes Lane. Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
