Rural Oregon counties will make a significant impact in the next general election. To create this dynamic, we need an effort to Get Out the Vote (GOTV).

To accomplish success at the ballot box, every free minded person must realize the potential of such an effort. Many are of the opinion that a vote does not count anymore or that the system is rigged. Due to this and other reasons, tens of thousands of individuals do not vote. However, Oregon elections still have the potential of 1,318,970 rural, voter opportunities to return our state to the Oregon we once knew. In the true Oregonian spirit of self-determination, we must always let our voices be heard. We will not give up.

By gathering 675,560 rural votes, rural Oregon counties will become a major player in future elections for school boards, county commissions, water districts, fire districts, all the way to state legislative positions through the governorship level and national elections.

Individuals who place others before themselves can reach up from their comfort zones.

If you are just talking to those who agree with you, do something more by use of your individual talents to make a difference in your communities and county.

Your elected and appointed precinct committee persons of the Baker County Republican Party ask for your support to make this effort a success. Businesses and individuals alike have a stake in this project. With natural resources, ranching, and service entities to support our local economic sustainability, we must make a move to take back and protect Baker County from any further encroachment by state/federal policies or regulations. To grow our economy, our voices must be heard at the ballot box!

So, GOTV. Be active and plan for success. Support petitions advocating school choice. Elect real conservatives to public offices. Protect children from any form of abuse and the rights of parents. Respect life, the right to bear arms, and those with religious convictions.

Reach out to your local, elected Baker County Republican Central Committee (BCRCC) family and become a volunteer. Our door is always open to those who can be productive and work within a team structure for the greater good of Baker County.
