James Roger Kennedy: 80, of Baker City, died on March 29, 2021, at his home. To honor Roger’s wishes, a service will not take place. A short, informal celebration of life picnic will be Friday, June 11 at noon at Geiser-Pollman Park. It will be a no-host, bring your own picnic due to COVID-19 issues.
