PROBATION VIOLATION (Baker County Circuit Court warrant): Timothy Kelly Slaney, 30, of 1560 Indiana Ave., No. 109, 2:11 a.m. today at Washington Avenue and Resort Street; jailed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Travis Cribbs, 33, of 2845 Hughes Lane, Space 1,11:16 p.m. Sunday, in the 1700 block of Valley Avenue; cited and released; police said Cribbs threw a rock at a window of the home of Ricky and Vickie Fields of Baker City.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT and RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING: Timber Mitchell, 38, of Halfway, 9:39 p.m. Saturday, on Highway 86 near Halfway; jailed; Sheriff Travis Ash said Mitchell was creating a disturbance at a Halfway business and when he left he drove away in a reckless manner, endangering a passenger in his vehicle.
