James “Jim” Coleman: 92, of Baker City, died May 31, 2019, at his home. There will be a private family interment on Saturday, June 15. A Celebration of Life service is scheduled at 2 p.m. that day at the United Methodist Church, 1919 Second St. Pastor Lisa Payton of the church will officiate. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY CONDITIONAL RELEASE (Baker County warrant): Sherry Lynn Roth, 59, of Baker City, 7:26 p.m. Friday, across the railroad tracks from the 800 block of Elm Street; dispatch received a report of a campfire in the area. The Baker City Fire Department responded and the fire was extinguished. Police responded and arrested Roth.
