FAILURE TO ABIDE BY CONDITIONAL RELEASE (Baker County warrant): Sherry Lynn Roth, 59, of Baker City, 7:26 p.m. Friday, across the railroad tracks from the 800 block of Elm Street; dispatch received a report of a campfire in the area. The Baker City Fire Department responded and the fire was extinguished. Police responded and arrested Roth.
