CRIMINAL TRESPASSING and POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Sharon Lee Beck, 33, unknown address, 6:47 p.m. at Elm and Bridge streets; jailed.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING II and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF II (two counts): Wesley William Burr, 22, of 1718 Campbell St., 8:52 p.m. Monday, at his home; jailed; Police Chief Dustin Newman said Burr refused to leave Pizza Hut and damaged property at the business and broke a mirror in the parking lot as part of a domestic disturbance. Burr then went to his home and burned property belonging to the victim in a stove in the backyard, Newman said.
