UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE, CRIMINAL TRESPASSING II and VIOLATION OF RELEASE AGREEMENT (Baker County warrants): Melissa Jean Lattymer, 33, of Ontario, 3:02 p.m. Friday; jailed; police said Lattymer was taken into custody after she was found stumbling along Highway 7 just south of Baker City. The OSP officer, who was assisted by a Baker County Sheriff’s deputy, determined that Lattymer had the three outstanding warrants.
