PROBATION VIOLATION (Baker County Circuit Court warrant) and RESISTING ARREST: Timothy Justin Guilliams, 21, of 1713 Cherry St., 12:58 a.m. today, at Auburn Avenue and Cherry Street; jailed.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING II (four counts): Johnathan Willis Penrod, 27, transient, 7:58 a.m. Saturday, in the 1400 block of Dewey Avenue; police said he trespassed on properties on Dewey Avenue, Resort Street and on two properties on Edgewater Street; jailed.
THEFT II (Baker County Justice Court Warrant) and BURGLARY II and THEFT I (Grant County Circuit Court warrants): Heather Dawn Lee Carter, 40, of 2715 Second St., 10 a.m. Friday, at the police department; jailed.
