DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS, RESISTING ARREST, RECKLESS DRIVING and HARASSMENT: Jerad Paul Patton, 32, of 1751 Church St., 7:14 p.m. Saturday, on Washington Street and the Snake River Road at Huntington; jailed; police said Patton was arrested after investigation of a motor vehicle accident.
