Lorraine Eleanor Valentine: 89, of Baker City, died April 30, 2018, at her home surrounded by her loving family. There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m., Sunday, May 13, at the Baker City Christian Church, 675 Highway 7. Pastor Jesse Whitford will officiate. After the memorial service, a procession will lead family and friends to Mount Hope Cemetery for the interment. Everyone will be invited back to the Baker City Christian Church afterward for a reception in the Fellowship Hall. ASSAULT IV DOMESTIC and HARASSMENT: Gordon Bonebrake, 49, of 1005 S. Bridge St., 7:47 p.m. Monday, in the 900 block of Elm Street; jailed.

BURGLARY II: In the 1000 block of Dewey Avenue; Ernesto Rodriquez, 47, of Baker City reported at 9:23 a.m. Saturday that construction supplies valued at $640 were taken from an enclosed front porch of a house on Dewey Avenue.
