DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS: Cortney Lee Stevens, 51, of Boise, 6:26 p.m. Saturday, on Interstate 84 about 10 miles north of Baker City; police also cited him on a charge of speeding for allegedly traveling 103 mph in a 70 mph speed zone; jailed and later released.

PROBATION VIOLATION (Umatilla County warrant): James Dean Logsdon, 53, of Baker City, 12:38 p.m. March 13, at the Powder River Correctional Facility where he is in custody.
