Wesley Bailey: 88, of Baker City, died Dec. 4, 2017, at his residence at Beehive Homes. A memorial service will take place Tuesday, Dec. 12, at 11 a.m. at Gray’s West & Co. Colleen Dawn Edwards: 57, of Halfway, died Dec. 4, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her family. HARASSMENT (Baker County Circuit Court warrant): Lola Jean Sevey, 68 of 610 Fourth St., 7:37 p.m. Tuesday, at her home; cited and released.

ASSAULT IV DOMESTIC, MENACING and RECKLESS ENDANGERING (Two counts): Billy Brent Severe, 34, of Huntington, 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, at his home; jailed.

ANIMAL NEGLECT II (Baker County warrant): Joshua Slayton, 27, of 3330 H St., 8:16 p.m., Monday, in the 1500 block of Campbell Street; cited and released.

FUGITIVE WARRANT (Monday): Sky-ann Webber, 23, Cornucopia Highway, 9:42 p.m. Monday on Cornucopia Highway; jailed. Webber was arrested as part of an investigation of a noninjury motor vehicle accident.

IDAHO FUGITIVE WARRANTS: Robert Glenn Bryson, 57, of Caldwell, Idaho, and Eliana Marie Wright, 23, of Caldwell, Idaho, at 1:40 p.m. Sunday; on Highway 7 at David Eccles Road; both were jailed and later released. Police said the Dodge Challenger in which they were traveling was towed because Bryson’s driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle was not insured. Two other passengers in the vehicle also had suspended licenses.
