DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Joshua Zacharia Tenbush, 18, of 2320 Madison St., and a 14-year-old Baker City resident; both were cited and released at 9:54 a.m. Saturday at Geiser-Pollman Park. Police Chief Wyn Lohner said the two were fighting at the park; in addition to the disorderly conduct charge, both subjects were trespassed from all Baker City Parks for the next 90 days, Lohner said.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS: Kody Louis Kolb, 27, of Baker City, 1:15 a.m. Sunday, on E. Campbell Loop; jailed and later released on bail.

BURGLARY I: Kimberly Charles “K.C.” Kowalski, 63, of Huntington, reported at 11:35 a.m. Saturday that a burglar had entered his property and took four pounds of medical marijuana and a rifle, with a total value of $13,000.
