CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: John Arlen Ryan, 47, Baker City address unknown, 10:53 am. Monday, in the 2100 block of Main Street; cited and released.
THEFT II: Michael Cassidy, 60, of 2845 Hughes Lane, 6:39 p.m. Friday at Safeway; cited and released. Police Chief Wyn Lohner said Cassidy left the store without paying for a cart filled with groceries valued at $202.09.
POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE, VIOLATION OF RELEASE AGREEMENT (Two Baker County Circuit Court warrants) and POST-PRISON SUPERVISION (Baker County Parole and Probation warrant): Roderick Joseph Gagnon, 40, of 1315 Hughes Lane, 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Griffin Gulch Road and Highway 7 about five miles south of Baker City.

Accident report
On Highway 7, about 25 miles southwest of Baker City at 9:55 a.m. Sunday; a 2001 Dodge pickup truck driven by Memorey Saunders-Tardy, 44, of 134 Bridge St., hit slush, went off the road and rolled onto its side. Sheriff Travis Ash said Saunders-Tardy sustained minor injuries. She was taken by ambulance to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City where she was treated and released.
