FAILURE TO DRIVE WITHIN LANE: Douglass E. Middlebrook, 61, of Emmett, Idaho, 9:59 a.m. Monday; cited and released; police said the citation was issued after investigation of a crash on Interstate 84 north of Huntington. Police said Middlebrook was traveling west on the freeway when he lost control of his logging truck. It struck the center barrier causing it to roll and dump its load of logs, blocking the westbound lane, police said.
