DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS: Austin Jeffery Hinrichsen, 26, of Umatilla, 3:13 p.m. Sunday, on Interstate 84, near Huntington; jailed and later released; police arrested Hinrichsen after investigating a single-vehicle crash in which Hinrichsen lost control of his Mazda sedan while attempting to negotiate a right curve. The vehicle crashed into the guardrail and spun around.
