Ilene Loucile Storm: 73, of Beaverton, who was born and raised in Baker City, died June 26, 2017, at her home in Beaverton. Her graveside service will be at noon Saturday, July 8, at Mount Hope Cemetery. Pastor Jesse Whitford of Baker City Christian Church will officiate. THEFT II: Alexander Allen Adams, 21, of 980 Resort St., 3:03 p.m. Wednesday, at his home; jailed; police said Adams took a cellphone and a security device with a total value of $998 from U.S. Cellular, 1084 Campbell St., at 1:54 p.m. June 21.
