DRIVING UNINSURED: Annie Renee Barr, 18, of Boise, 5:51 p.m. Tuesday, on Interstate 84, near Durkee; cited and released; police identified a 17-year-old male passenger from Boise as the subject of a missing person’s report. The boy was taken into custody by the state Department of Human Services. Barr’s vehicle was towed and impounded.
