POST-PRISON SUPERVISION VIOLATION (Parole and Probation detainer): Paul Adam Heller, 44, of 40536 Highway 86, 9:11 a.m. Monday, in the 1800 block of Estes Street; jailed.

VIOLATION OF RELEASE AGREEMENT (Baker County warrant): William David Scipper, 42, unknown address, 11:22 a.m. Monday, at the Sheriff’s Office; jailed and later released on bail.

PROBATION VIOLATION: Neil Sloan Lewis, 33, of 2430 Fifth St., 2:58 p.m. Tuesday, in the 2500 block of Broadway Street; cited and released.

CONTEMPT OF COURT (Baker County Circuit Court warrant): Linda Diane Peterson, 48, of Baker City, 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, in the 900 block of Elm Street; jailed.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS and IDAHO WARRANT: Tina Marie Carter-Bahmer, 46, of Warrenton, 9:12 p.m. Tuesday, at Third and Campbell streets; jailed.

TRAPPING WITH UNBRANDED TRAPS and UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A BOBCAT: David Sanders, 56, of Elgin, 6:07 p.m. Feb. 22; cited and released; police said Sanders was trapping in the Lookout Mountain and Sumpter Wildlife Management Units.

THEFT II (Union County warrant): Morgan Louise Davis, 27, of Baker City, 5:32 p.m. Feb. 25, jailed; and later transported to Union County.

Accident reports

A truck and semitrailer driven by Joshua Edward Mathews, 30, of Lancaster, California, was traveling east on Interstate 84 at 12:02 a.m. Feb. 25 when Mathews fell asleep at the wheel and drifted off the road and into the rumble strip of the highway, police said. When Mathews awoke, he overcorrected, causing the truck and trailer to overturn. Mathews’ passenger, Ricardo Agustin Martinez, 23, of Bakersfield, California, was taken to St. Alphonsus Medical Center with minor injuries, police said.
