Adeline van Biene

Adeline Mary van Biene, 81, died July 6, 2011, at Baker City.

No services are planned at this time.

Addie was born on Aug. 17, 1929, at Colorado Springs, Colo., to Adrian

and Eva Weaver. She graduated from high school in 1947 and from USC in

1953. She also attended the California Hospital School of Nursing in

1950.

Addie was a registered nurse at a handicapped high school until she

retired in 1991. She enjoyed volunteer work, spending time with her

family, traveling, having dinner at Barley Brown’s, lunch at El

Erradero and dancing.

Survivors include her daughter, Laura Miller of Baker City; grandsons,

Aaron Miller of Boise and Cal Miller of Bend; granddaughter, Emily

Miller of Baker City; sister, Adave Roebuck of San Diego; three nieces

and three nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Adrian Weaver Jr.; mother, Eva Weaver; and father, Adrian Weaver.
