Jamey Bachman and Kari Raffety have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jay Raffety and Deborah Hammond.

Jamey is the son of Steve and Patty Bachman of Baker City.

The wedding will be Feb. 20, 2010, in Baker City.
