Barbara and Edward Laughlin of Fruitland, Idaho, will celebrate their 50th anniversary Oct. 10, 2009.

The couple’s children and grandchildren will host a reception in their honor Saturday at the Payette Senior Citizens Hall on Main Street in Payette, Idaho, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
