Sarah N. Mansell and David A. Wheeler have announced their engagement and will be married Aug. 30, 2009 in a ceremony in Boise, Idaho.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Michelle (Mansell) Hull of Baker City. She is self employed in Boise.

The groom is the son of Tracy Miller of Puyallup, Wash. He is employed at Les Schwab in Eagle, Idaho. They will make their life together in Boise.
