Trevor E. Taylor and Sara Markham will be married on May 1, 2009, in the Boise, Idaho, Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Sara’s grandfather, Leon Johnson, will officiate.

The couple will be honored at two receptions. The first is on May 2 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Baker City LDS Church, 2625 Hughes Lane. A reception will also be held on May 8 at the Forest Grove LDS Church, 2700 Leon Drive. All friends of the families are invited to attend.

Trevor is the son of Tim and Eden Taylor of Baker City. He is a 2006 graduate of Baker High School. He participated in music and sports at Baker High, is a member of the National Honor Society, and is an Eagle Scout. He served a mission for his church in the Fiji Islands for two years and is now attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Sara is the daughter of Mike and Linda Markham of Banks. She is a 2006 graduate of Banks High School. She participated in track and cross country at Banks High and is a member of the National Honor Society. She is in her third year at Brigham Young University.

The couple will make their home in Provo and continue attending college.
