Dail-Kulog

Naomi Kulog and Dave Dail were united in marriage Dec. 27, 2008, at Portland.

David Johnson, friend of the groom from Florida, officiated. A reception followed at the Arista Ballroom in Southeast Portland.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Carolyn Kulog of Baker City. She is a 1999 graduate of Baker High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University in 2003 and a master’s in teaching from Oregon State University in 2006.

She teaches third grade at Harritt Elementary School in Salem.

The groom is the son of Bill and Shiela Dail of Asheville, N.C., and the late Karen Dail. He earned a bachelor’s degree in statistics from North Carolina State University and will graduate from Oregon State University in March with a master’s in statistics.

At their wedding, the bride’s sister, Claire Giesige of Portland, was the matron of honor and longtime Baker City friend Francine Rea O’Connell was one of the bridesmaids.

Family members and friends of the groom, including his groomsmen, came from North Carolina and Texas.

The couple honeymooned in Mexico, and live in Salem.
