Lohner – Smull

Amanda Nicole Lohner and Jared Lee Smull were united in marriage Sept. 13, 2008, at Durkee.

Lennie Spooner of the Baker City Nazarene Church officiated.

The couple were honored with a reception at the Durkee Grange, and took a honeymoon trip to Wallowa Lake.

The bride is the daughter of Jay and Connie Lohner of Baker City. She is a 2006 graduate of Baker High School, and earned a degree at Northwest College in Powell, Wyo., in 2008. She is currently pursuing a degree in elementary education at Eastern Oregon University.

The groom is the son of Dale and Sharry Smull of Durkee. He also graduated from Baker High in 2006, and earned a degree from Northwest College in Powell, Wyo. He is self-employed as a rancher.

At their wedding ceremony, the maid of honor was Stephanie Parlin, and bridesmaids were Alyssa Jacobs and Jillona Smull.

Levi Bunch served as best man, and groomsmen were Mark Kerns and Steve Cook.

The Smulls are making their home in Durkee.
