Theresa Renee Kirkwood and Nolan Errol Perkins, of Baker City, plan to be married March 21, 2009, at the Church of the Nazarene in Baker City.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Willie and Lorraine Williams of Yuba City, Calif.

She attended Mainland High School in Florida and works as an office manager for the Sumpter Valley Railroad.

The groom is the son of Errol and Ida Perkins of Baker City.

He attended Baker High School and works for the Baker County Road Department and Columbia Basin Helicopters.
